Your key responsibilities

• Take ownership of controlling, financial reporting, and planning processes.
• Support management with data-driven insights and strategic decisions.
• Implement and improve financial tools, systems, and structures.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial operations.
• Contribute to shaping our growth path and operational excellence.

What you bring

• A commercial / business administration background.
• Experienced in financial accounting & management accounting (especially for payroll, taxes, closing processes).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – you like numbers, structure, and precision.
• A proactive, independent, systematic, and highly reliable work style.
• Hands-on with M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Swiss accounting standards and systems is a strong plus.
• Experience from a small to medium sized enterprise is a must, experience from software business or consulting is a strong plus.
• Motivation to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
