Your key responsibilities

• Advise and support clients in underwriting, claims, pricing, and risk management topics.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Develop and optimize re/insurance workflows, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to drive innovation.
• Engage with clients to implement best practices and digital transformation strategies.

What you bring

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in re/insurance, ideally in areas such as underwriting, actuarial/reserving, claims, finance, or broking, with a strong understanding of industry processes and challenges.
• Experience in process optimization, digitalization, or product innovation.
• Ability to articulate business needs towards technology solutions.
• Familiarity with reinsurance contracts, pricing models, and portfolio management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus.
